Position: Grants and Operations Manager

Status: Full-time + Benefits

Overview: Candidate will manage the financial and administrative functions of the agency; perform grant and budget administration, ensuring program and financial compliance; oversee the flow of daily operations; perform AR and AP duties; manage human resource functions; ensure overall organizational integrity through compliance with all local, state, federal, and other regulations; assist with fundraising initiatives including the cultivation and solicitation of current and future donors; and perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Non-Profit Management, Public Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field required
  • Minimum 3 years experience in a non-profit or government environment with demonstrated success in securing and managing state and/or federal grant awards
  • Minimum 3 years QuickBooks experience
  • Knowledge of non-profit accounting procedures and human resources law
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience with common computer software such as Word, Outlook and Excel
